I bought xbox game pass ultimate, but can't play ea games

Hello.I buy Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Edition. 1-2 years ago,,Xbox account was already linked to this account. But I cannot play any games from EA Play. I removed my account from EA settings and added it again. My emails are the same. I even changed the nick before adding it again and added it with the current nick. But no, EA Play does not see my Xbox account!

Should be clear at this point that they just care about $ - not about if service that they are promoting works or doesnt.

Every single respond from EA i've read regarding this issue has stated that it has to be Xbox - or end-user problem with subscribing wrong plans.😞

I completed the purchase and then it took me to a screen that read "download EA app"

I downloaded the app and I clicked on EA Play in the app but it shows membership plans and perks to EA Play and Play Pro

Did I do anything wrong?

I am trying to download battle field V through EA play. But it states my account does not have EA play when I have linked with gamepass I have already unlinked, cleared cache, unistalled and none of these solutions have worked please help.

I have an issue with downloading fifa 23 through gamepass pc

even though the account is properly linked I cant seem to download

it through the ea app it just shows me the store page like I dont have access

to ea play games.

any help would be greatly appreciated ty. 

I just bought a PC Game Pass, but when I want to install EA games I always told to buy the game, I've already tried to restarted the app, re-link the app, nothing works, can you help me?

As a human consumer who has paid real money for a service, I believe one should never go on Internet to find a solution to a problem caused by a service provider that ends up rendering the advertised product or service non-existent, AND browse for a long period of time to find several unhelpful suggestions from people only to realize the provider has NO direct communication medium but only forums, which provide solutions on a non-specific, shotgun-like basis.

Nevertheless, my XBOX account WITH XBOX Game Pass PC subscription IS linked to my EA account, as seen on profile.ea.com, yet my EA Play subscription is unseen by the EA App, which as far as I am disheartenedly (I may have made that up) aware is the only way to play my XBOX Game Pass games that are exclusively from the EA store. I have tried unlinking and relinking my account, resetting the password or other unlikely solutions but in the end I have faced exhaustion from my fingers' end.

I trust the humanity's need of respect from each other and therefore think that at this point I should cease trying to find a solution on my end and expect the service provider to fix their problems or issues that they seem to face when doing their mission of providing services that are not free. Or at least show the much needed communication of their incapability to serve customers their money's worth, on their advertisements or support pages. I apologize for the unnecessary (for the reader) banter but I suppose I kinda think crying like a baby is the only help I will be getting from being on this forum.
