I would first try unplugging your power cable and waiting a minute or two and then boot up the PS4 and see if that solves your issue.
If not you could try signing out of your EA account on your PS4 or resetting the password, if that still fails go to your EA account in a browser and unlink your PS4 from your account and then re-link it.
