I can’t verify my email address

I am unable to verify my email address (so i can access origin) as the email i use for my EA account won’t let me log in no matter how many times i try. Im trying to add a secondary email however i have to verify the original email to have a secondary one, which again i cannot do as i cannot get into the email account. The original email i used to sign up for EA/Origin is pretty much a goner at this point so please don’t suggest to try to change the password etc etc… because I likely have tried it all already. It’s telling me the email doesn’t exist anymore for some reason.

i just want to change the email for my EA/Origin account or at least add a secondary email/phone number without having to verify my original email address. I’m pretty much pulling my hair out at this point lol. I have put a lot of money into the Sims 4 and i don’t want to have to sign up for a new account and purchase all the packs again. That’s just not going to happen.

Can anyone help?
