I can't buy a ea play pro

If you are from India, then you can't buy EA play Pro, no matter what card you use(I tried every bank card and all failed verification and says couldn't process or verify because EA failed to catch with RBI new rules of Auto renewal,while XBOX succeed on the same issue. If not from India then you may want to enable international transaction and use credit card ( debit card wont work).

@zenoweer Then its a world wide issue and EA still can't fix it.
I have platinum credit cards and still failed to buy EA pro. I have been trying since JAN 2023, hoping if by chance EA fixed this kind of problem that all users are facing. Almost Six months and EA did nothing, all they say is try different card and add payment.
After trying with all cards i understand that 'try different card is an excuse for the no solution problem'.
STEAM allows wallet system that works but EA play on that failed to link with EA App that's another known issue. Anyway its the pro we all wanted.
Had no issue with when Origin existed.
I have like 75 people in a group on steam and all tried EA pro but failed to get it. And all fed up with this and now ignored EA completely.
EA lost so many this Year from India for sure.
Anyway, Hoping yours work somehow..

Debit or Prepaid cards wont work. Only Credit cards.

Good. So its unfair for India.

@zenoweer I also have this problem. Been trying since April 9th when mine expired, tried about 9 different cards, some virtual, some physical, even tried my Paypal account, every single one fails. Trying to go through support which doesn't seem to lead anywhere.

@zenoweer Same here. Stll not even hard back from EA yet it's been 3 days. I understand others are having the same issue also. I know it's not my card as I've made purchases elsewhere
