I can't cancel my subscription EA play pro

Question

I had subscribed to EA PLAY PRO, but I was now charged in dollars, and then I received an email saying that my subscription would be renewed after a year for $10,500. This is crazy.

So I went to cancel yesterday, which would be my penultimate day of subscription, but when I log into my EA account, I can't access my EA PLAY, so I cancel the subscription and it doesn't have automatic renewal. Please help me.

When I click on EA PLAY, the following message appears: “Oops, the page you want to access is not available“.

I don't want to have to delete my account because I just bought EAFC 25.

@mathrochab I forgot to say, but I tried like multiple times to contact EA live chat but without success of solving my problem.

It is FC 25 Global Launch day so the Advisors will be pretty busy.

They should still be able to help you cancel the subscription though.&nbsp;

@EA_Barry I get stucked on the waiting page, and nobody ever talks to me. Im trying to contact somebody to help me cancel my subscription for 5 hours, please help.
