I can't pay for EA Play Pro

Question

I have been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro through Origin but I have been receiving {"ErrorNumber":1000,"Message":"Error processing request. We have encountered an unexpected error."}

This error is shown after I enter my card details and process the payment. The window shows "verifying payment" and then the error.

Previously, I subscribe to EA Play on steam, but now I want to subscribe to EA Play Pro which is only available on Origin and I haven't been able to.

Please help!🙏

Hey @Doglax,Welcome!May I ask, how exactly are you trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro? Is this via the Origin website (https://Origin.com) or via the Origin or EA Desktop app?If you're trying to do it via the programs, can you try it via the website to see if you're getting the same error?If that doesn't work, please try the following possible workarounds:- See if it works in a different browser- Check if it works via mobile device- If you have the possibility, please see if you can set up a mobile hotspot and do it via that network- Try a different payment methodThanks.
