I couldn't able to buy EA play using my PSN wallet , Whenever I try it says "something went wrong".Can someone help me solve this problem.

Indeed, this is functioning as designed, and regrettably, it's beyond our control. It seems that acquiring standalone subscriptions on PSN might not be possible if the player doesn't have a Credit Card or another payment method linked to their PSN account.
I would recommend trying to get in touch with PSN Support to check if they might be able to give you a more concrete answer.
