I have a gamepass but EA App still says "Join EA Play"
I linked my accounts Log In/Log Out many times but it still says "Join EA Play"
Hi @iamchieese Can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot to see if this continues?

This problem still exists. I missed the xmas rewards because EA play still asks me to join despite logging in using my linked xbox ultimate credentials on series X. No amount of resets or logging out and in work.
I can login, see my xbox account linked in settings, use the credentials for my xbox login on ea sites.
But if I want to do anything or claim anything via the xbox or website it says join now. I've been a member of ea since 2015 and my accounts always been linked.
