I have a recurring 99 cent intro month payment

Each month EA sends me this message, please make it stop.

"Apologies for the interruption, but we're having trouble processing your 3/27/21 . In order to continue enjoying your EA Play membership, update your current payment method or add a different one."

Now I don't have a payment method.

    Hi @TeeheeJohnson 

    If you have an active subscription to EA Play then it will attempt to take payment each month and if you don't have an active payment method available then it would produce the same email/message you're getting.

    If you have signed up to a free subscription in the past then it will also attempt to charge you after the free trial month unless you cancel it.

    You should be able to check to see if you have any active subscriptions here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/subscription/index

    It should be under EA Play once logged in.

    If you're on console then you would have to do it via your console platform I believe.

    If you have no subscriptions what so ever then make sure it is referring to the correct EA account.

    Alternatively you can contact an EA adviser and have this all checked out.
