Question

I have been charged to my paypal account by you even though I have xbox game pass. This is also registered on my page on ea.com. I have been wrongly charged by you for 2 years. According to your information on your help pages, you must automatically cancel the subscription I had with you before I signed an agreement with xbox gamepass. This has not been done, so I am asking for a refund of this amount.

If this is not the right place to send my request, please provide me with the correct address where I can send this.
