I have gamepass. I have my account linked. But whenever i install a game it redirects me to to the game's page and ask me to pay for it even thought I already own gamepass. What do I do now? really don't want to consider this as a waste of money as I can't play any game i want in the ea app.
Community ManagerIt sounds like you may be logging into the wrong EA account- you need to login on the EA app with the same EA account that your gamertag is currently linked with. You can verify if you're logging in correctly by checking the Connections tab on your EA account- if you do not see your gamertag listed there, that means you're logging in with the wrong EA account details.
so we can t just use the gamepass sharing system its just stupidat this point
I have the same problem, I already checked that my account is linked and it just doesnt work
I had the same exact problem, then I logged out of my EA account at the app, and logged back through the xbox icon instead of just typing my email and password from EA. Everything got fixed
I did all that and it still won’t let me install it say i need to buy ea play but it comes with game pass

im having the same issue as the person above. however, im signing in with the right account (it is acknowledging that the xbox account is linked) it just isnt picking up on the fact that i have ea play due to gamepass. my gamepass ultimate subscription is still active, renews every month and so i dont understand whats wrong? to clarify this is on PC.
