i want to get a refund on my ea play pro subscription

i bought the ea play pro subscription by mistake and i want to get a refund please! tell me what i need to do

    @nybzkhtuku7h Hey, for any refund requests, you can find that info here. If your account is ineligible for a refund for the content in question, you would need to reach out to live support so that they can take a look.

    this is for the refund of games but i want a refund on my subscription

    @nybzkhtuku7h you follow the same steps as mentioned above. There is not a separate set of steps for that.
