I was charged but its still saying i have to subscribe

Exactly the same, bought the 1 month option, I've been charged for it and yet it's not registering for some reason. 

Same here if i go to my subscriptions it shows up but it says it’s expired

First, try restoring the licenses on your console with these steps. If your membership is still not available once you've tried that, but you've been charged, you'll want to get in contact with PlayStation support so they can review your membership and billing details with you a bit further and see what's going on. 

I've just restore all the licenses but still same error

I can see my subscription is active in my EA profile.

But when I go to the EA Play homepage it's still offering me to Join as if I were not subscribed. Same happens if I try to buy EA FC 24

Is your EA Play membership for PC, or for PlayStation? And are you trying to purchase EA Sports FC 24 on your PC, or for your console?

I wanted to buy it for PS4. I didn't see anything related to PC when I purchased the subscription. Any idea where can I check it? And how to get a refund if that was the case?

This is what I'm here trying to figure out. I've been an EA Play member for over a year now and I get the 10% discount on EA purchases and the EA Play free games on my PS4 but I've never received my EA Play rewards for games like Apex Legends or Madden. When I go to the EA Play Homepage its like it doesn't acknowledge my PS Account is linked to EA Play and just shows Join Up. When I follow the Join Up steps I end up on my PS account, from there I go to manage subscriptions and it shows where my EA Play Account is linked and active and next renewal date. Its confusing but if you linked your correct platform up during the Join Up steps you should be getting all benefits regardless of the EA homepage still telling you to join up. Also, when you go thru the join up steps after already joining it doesn't double charge you or anything like that, it just takes you to your platforms homepage.
