Hey @DiaBloFU if your account is locked then your EA Play days will continue to count.
The best thing to do in these situations is to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Hi @EA_Darko I did what you mention, I contacted EA chat and have the transcript of the chat where they confirm that I don't lose days while the account is locked.

@EA_Darko I have the transcript of both English and Spanish chat where they tell me that I don't lose days by having the account locked, you have the worst support of different videogames platforms, because they close the chat automatically when i asked them what can I do.
If the account locking had been my fault, I understand it, but I also have the other chat transcripts where they tell me that they do not know why the account was locked, so it is not my mistake but yours.- EA_Darko5 years ago

Hey @DiaBloFU I'm sorry that you were misinformed by our support.
As for why your account can be locked, generally, it's for one of two reasons, the first is that we have noticed suspicious activity on your account and locked it till such time that we can verify that you are the account owner and ensure that any third party does not have access to your account. The second reason is generally related to having a TOS related sanction on your account.
