I was scammed by EA play pro.

I bought EA play pro to try fifa 21, 2-3 weeks pass and my account has been locked. I contact EA chat like 3 times both in english and spanish, to know what happen until i got my account unloked and ask why it was locked and they don't know why.

Also ask if i lost the ea play days when the account was lock and they told me that when an account it's lock i don't lost days of ea play (Have all the chats save in the transcript), but when i connect to the account, i have lost that days and try to contact again ea to get back that days and all of them told me they can't give that days i lost or a refund, when they told me I wouldn't lost those days and when i ask what can i do they close the chat.

So beware of EA scam.

    @EA_Darko I don't even seem to understand why in heavens name you would start responding if you cant possibly help the person. keep your mouth shut and read then move on. the person didn't ask for your help. your interjected.. if you cant help do not get involved. don't you see that it is quite infuriating when you have an issue and you're getting nowhere, just to have an idiot waste your time telling you a whole load of rubbish that cant help you in any way shape or form... Just to direct you to the same thing you have been doing initially.
