Is EA Play not cross platform?

I bought EA Play on Steam because that's where I originally saw it being offered, now I've found out that its on Origin as well and apparently it has more games like Crysis (2007) that aren't on Steam so naturally I would like to use EA Play on Origin as well. Even though I'm using the Origin account that's linked to my Steam account where I bought EA Play I for some reason don't have access to EA Play. Is EA Play only registered to my Steam account? I thought that it would be registered to my Origin account as well because whenever I get a new EA Play game on Steam it appears on my Origin account. Help would be appreciated.

Hey @BigDepy our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.
