Support will not issue me a refund for EA play pro

I renewed my subscription to EA play pro tonight 2/10/2026 @ 8:45pm, the last time i did so was in november of 2025, realized i didnt want the service after noticing i have one of the games i was looking for and contacted support 20 minutes after the purchase @ 9:05pm. There I was told "I can see the entitlements created for Madden 24/25/26, STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II PREMIER EDITION, and STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II PREMIER EDITION" were accessed and the services were utilized. In 20 minutes.... So my request for a refund was denied. I did not play any games in the 20 minutes from purchase to support. I have played those titles during my last subscription run, but not this time. I need this to be remedied.
