Madden 22 series x EAPLAy trial not working

My trial will not start on Xbox series X. I have an active ea play membership, when I go to the store and search for madden. It gives me two options. Manage( you own this) or Free trial with EAPLAy. ...

Is the EA Play membership set up on your own Xbox Gamertag, or are you using it from a different Gamertag on the same console?
