Madden 24 Trial Error

Hi there

Why am I getting asked to sign up to EA Play when attempting to play Madden 24, when I already have the EA Play subscription???

the other games work fine, just Madden 24??

any help welcome.

    I been having the same thing happen to me these couple of days, it started Thursday night
