Major difficulties with canceling Ea play subscribtion
Hello, about two days ago i purchased a one month subscribtion to your service, however i am HIGHLY DISSATSISFIED because i only made the purchase to be able to play Ea FC24, which does not launch for me. I have received no help despite making a community post and contacting EA directly. I made the decision to cancel my Ea play subscribtion as there is not a single reason in the world for me to continue paying for a service that does not work. HOWEVER i cannot even CANCEL a SUBSCRIBTION that i have PAYED FOR because your web site does not let me do that (even though i tried canceling it with three different methods). Is there a way to cancel it if the links given directly by EA that are supposed to bring me to a cancellation screen simply offer me to UPGRADE my subscription?
