    Hey there @youcancallmezel & @JitsLogics 

    If you're not able to cancel your membership by following these steps in your account settings, the live support team can work with you to manually cancel your membership and check your refund eligibility. You can contact live support for more assistance on getting this cancelled by reaching out from the help site here.

i have the same problem i have bought eaplay pro so i can play fifa earlier but the only thing i see is my preload from the normal version. i want my money back cause in no way i want to pay so much money for this if it doesnt work.
