Mass Effect Legendary Edition not available (EA PLAY)

Hi i am EA Play member via Xbox Gamepass PC this game not seem to be found in EA app. I am from Turkey as for as i know there is no legal issue or restriction on this game in my region what is the problem ? How to fix this ?

Oh i didn't knew that but even then game page should be available right ? I am certain there is no restriction because you can buy this game in Steam and Epic Games in my country.
