[Megathread] EA Play - Madden 21 Trial

Hey

I have EA Play, and it expires June 1, 2021. However, when I go to the Xbox store and click free trial, it brings me to a page asking me to extend my EA Play. I don't seeany options for continuing beside hitting extend.

    @CrownHawk12  Ah sorry I should have realized.

    I know a lot of people are having issues with this, i'm not sure if there is a direct fix for this so I can only throw a few things out there.

    Try a full reboot on your console by shutting it down and unplugging the power cable for a few mins then boot it back up, you could also uninstall the game before doing so if you wanted.

    Try resetting your EA password or try relinking your Xbox to your EA account here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index

    You could also contact an EA adviser and they might be able to look into your account for you and see what's going on: https://help.ea.com/contact-us/

    I waited 2 hours for the madden trial to download and now I have to wait for in game stuff to install. It has move 2 percent in 29 minutes. This is BS. It is wasting all my time.

    Every time i try and download a trial from the ea play hub app it tells me download failed and to download it from the store, then after i do that and try and play it, it asks me if i own this game or app. Kinda bs considering i pay for ea access

    Games already downloaded , go to click on trial, says error and go to Microsoft store to install. Then I click on play and it says I’m too early. Any help?
