Missing Apex EA Play Rewards

I had already connected with the steam. Also, i am keeping to join the EA play member, i didn't cancel my EA play member. Would you help me to get back my EA play member reward in APEX?

• Then select Platform
• Manage my Account
• Chose the appropriate option
