After reviewing your email, I came to know that you did not received the EA Play pack for the Madden NFL 24.
I can completely understand how does it feel like being in such a situation. I sincerely apologize for this.
I have checked this for you with the team and they have shared that many of our players were facing the issue. However, the team has updated that the issue has been resolved.
I can completely understand the concern. I wish I could add this for you and would have loved to do this for you but I hope you understand that even though I wish, the system will not allow me to go ahead with this as the issue was marked as resolved by the concerned team otherwise, I would have loved to do this for you.
I am also feeling very helpless at this stage and wish I could add this but hope you understand that even though I wish, the system itself will not allow me to go ahead with this because the team has already shared that the issue has been resolved.
However, I will surely take your message as feedback and will share this with the team so that they can get to know that how our players are affected due to this!
Also, I would also request you to raise the issue on the EA forum so that the concerned team can have a look into this much sooner and once they have an update, they will surely contact you back on the forum itself-https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-problems-with-games-or-ea-account/
Again, I am very sorry that you had to face this and I hope the issue gets resolved at the earliest once you report the issue on the EA Forum and I have also taken the feedback and will share this with the team.

Exact same thing happening to me. XBox Live Ultimate and EA Customer Experience bounced me through 5 different people in a day. Most asked for information that was included in my original case and each was sorry and promised to help. None did. The last sent me to these forums.
XBox Live Ultimate member which includes EA Play. No August or September Madden 24 packs. This is something we’ve paid for as benefits of the subscription.
And we’ve now approached the comical bordering on harassment. They have just bounced me from advisor to advisor. All asking for similar things like proof of purchase for EA Play. Provided all of it multiple times in the formats they’ve requested and then I ge5 an email from someone else that asks me to share my problem for the start.
