Missing ea play xp

I bought ea play but did not receive my xp and I contacted them expecting that I will get my xp but they told me to wait I expected to get it within a day and now I’m here I have contacted them more than 20 times they always tell me to post on this website or open another case I swear this one of the most successful companies just to scam people this is the worst company ever I don’t think they even deserve 1 dollar.
