Moved from Argentina to Brazil, cannot add my credit card to renew membership
I used to live in Argentina, I moved to Brazil, I have my bank account, income, credit cards, everything in Brazil now.
I updated my location to Brazil, my membership of EA Pro Play expires Today. I tried to add my credit card and it says: "Operation failed, please try again later", and when I got to EA Play it says "The page you are trying to access is not available"
I tried to search for a button or something to have a chat with EA, but I don't see any option for live chat
Hey @rorrus There might be regional restrictions causing this issue, such as EA Play Pro not being available in Brazil, for example. You may need to purchase a new subscription .
