My account hack and email change

Hi, my account has been hacked and I don't know how to recover it. in from an unrecognized device "They changed the email because it doesn't work anymore. What can I do to recover it because I put some good money in it! (account was hacked on "ORIGIN" site)

If you think your account has been hacked then you will need to contact the support team so they can investigate for you.
To contact support use the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account >Hacked account and then select an available contact option

@CarbonCarl is correct that reaching out to the support team would be best. In the meantime, please take a moment to complete whatever steps you can to re-secure your account and update your security settings and keep these Best Practices in mind for protecting your EA account details;

Log out of any devices you share with others once you're finished or if you are leaving your own device unattended for any length of time.

Please make sure to not to share your account information or security details with others.

Never reveal your account password. Our support team will never ask you to share that information with us.

Only enter your EA account details into official EA websites.

Be aware of fake give-aways surveys or support teams. On social Media official EA accounts will be marked with a ✔️ by their name so look out for those ticks. If unsure, you can always ask us here on Answers HQ, on help.ea.com or by reaching out to our EA Help Twitter Support team.
