My EA play account isn't recognized
Hi,
I have an EA Play membership valid for one more year, however when trying to use EA Play on a new computer it always ask me to buy a new membership although I am already logged in my EA portal.
I'd like to use my EA Play membership exclusively on that new computer, could you please help me to get it working there?

Your EA Play membership would be available on any device you log into, it's not tied to one specific computer- if you're not seeing your membership available on another device, it sounds like you're logging in on that other computer with the wrong login details.
Please verify that you're logging in using the same email/EA ID that your membership has been purchased on. You can check this by looking over your account's Order History. If you're not seeing any purchase history for your EA Play membership, that means you're logging in with the incorrect details.
