I have the same problem. I bought EA Play for one year from the website and linked both my Steam and PlayStation accounts. It shows that both accounts are connected, but I still can't download EA Play games on PS Plus or Steam. I'm really disappointed.

Hi @Powa737, when you log into the PS5 on the PSN ID that is linked to the correct EA account, you are seeing no games under the EA Play section at all? Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing?
I loaded up mine, and I can see games and I am not a subscriber on PS but they still show for me when I go to PS Store - Subscriptions - Tab to view games. I have the same problem, I bought the pro membership paying with my mobile phone since i was out from home, my EA account is linked with my PSN account and there is no games. your customer service does not exist, no chat with an active member of EA.
i called Paypal to cancel the payment. i do not have any games

@1212145454541217 What do you mean by they are both linked? Linked to what specifically? Can you provide more information on your issue?
Hello I am having this exact problem, but I have the regular ea play subscriptions, not the pro. I have the same email and they are both linked. What can I do in this situation please?

@moopoints I passed along your case for review. If you see EA Play Pro on your EA Profile, that means you own it for PC. If you want it for PS, you have to sub through the console. That is a completely separate sub than the PC version since the sub is based on your Sony account not your EA account. If you don't want it on PC, you would just log into your EA profile, cancel the sub and request a refund on it. This way you arent waiting for replies on a case that does not apply to being able to download on the console. - EA_Shepard3 years ago

@LeoTheSphinx At the moment, the team has not released any info on that being a part of it but they constantly make updates. Without official word from them, we cannot honestly answer those questions because we cannot make official statements that have not yet been released. Personally I'm all for the grandfathered clause with subs. Couldn't agree more. It's been 10 days and I still haven't heard back from EA's customer support.
Is there any update moving forward to allow EA Play Pro to be used on Console? The main reason I got EA Play Pro was to play Madden and NHL, just to find out NHL is not playable on PC. Then I purchased a PS5 thinking I could play NHL as my accounts are linked and still no. Why did EA make it like this? Shouldn't players that have EA Play Pro be grandfathered in as EA Play? It is the more expensive version of the subscription....How does this make any sense on the business side of things? So you don't want me to play the games?
Thanks, I appreciate that. Yea, you would never expect when you view a table like that, that the more expensive plan would not also include all the features the cheaper plan offers.
