No ea play rewards

Hi i have owned ea play on Playstation Five since the 5th of July 2023 and have not received any of my fifa rewards no xp no packs nothing they cannot help me on live chat and suggested to post here ...

I have the same exact issue. The issue also extends to all other EA games that I play.
