my money was just taken on my first attempt to buy ea play pro. withdrawn but came up with an error and now my money is gone and no subscription. bought a secound time and has worked. want my first attempt of cash back or a annual subscription!!!!!!

same here and i can not get reach the support team for help there is no email and the help center is not working i can't even raise a ticket
