For the last two months/seasons I haven’t received any xp points that my subscription should grant me. I’m on PS5 and this is really irking me to the point I’m considering getting refunded from Revolut and maybe even legal options. I’ve been on live chat I don’t know how many times, some say it’ll be 48 hours other agents say we can’t give out any more this season.
I’ve never been so angry at a game but they basically are thieves.

I went for a long talk with a EA employee just for them to say they are working on it. People told me the ea employees will just give you the xp but they didn’t for me and redirected me to this page. If nobody is going to help me I want a copensation like double the xp I didn’t receive.
Community Manager@NOSIC4 We cannot double the XP you would get. Live Support has a process for those who don't get them. Sadly not something that happens over the forums. If they cannot or do not, they have a process for missing rewards that they follow or have the accounts escalated sue to how many other players have the same issue.
