Not allowing me to cancel membership

HI I cant seem to be able to cancel my membership. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

@EA_Barry I clicked the link and no where at all does it say cancel membership. I have been looking for an hour and this is ridiculous.

Here you go bro, just cancelled mine and NEVER again.

- EA App

- Under your name top right, go to settings

- Under profile click manage (should take you to a website call Customer Portal)

- 5th option down is EA Play

Within there, it should give you a cancel option like so. I cancelled mine.
