I'm paying for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Logged on to find Origin had gone and it's now EA. I have logged into my Xbox account via the PC EA app and it's not recognising I pay for the subscription already. I have no idea how to resolve this as it's logged into the correct account.
Im running into the same issue. I upgraded for EA Play to do the madden trial. Kept asking me too pay for ea play but I have ultimate.
i called Xbox support and the tech told me “madden is only available for console”.
1. That’s not the issue, it’s that EA/Xbox is not recognizing I have that subscription already.
2. my buddy was playing the trial on pc as I was in discord with him. I tried telling the tech and it took 3 times of me explaining its not only on console before he understood and them claimed it was only for “windows”. I was astonished and just gave up.
im going to call tomorrow and explain that it needs to be resolved because I paid for 6 months of ultimate.
Hey - I've logged on to EA app today and mine seems to have appeared now and is showing I have the EA Play with the Xbox games pass. No idea how its all of a sudden just shown up as the other day it kept saying I had no membership and needed to pay.
Good luck getting your problem sorted out hopefully they can help you via phone or on here - not like I even offer a solution to help as today it's just randomly appear and updated in the app!
