Nvidia GeForce Rtx 3050 Compatibilties With Old Game

i've an HP Envy X360 laptop with nvidia gefroce rtx 3050 graphic card. i am not a gamer but there are a few old but gold games i like to play some time. one of them is Total Club Manager 2005 but i can not run this game in this laptop. my previous laptop was hp pavilion 15-cs 2018 nt with nvidia mx250 graphic card and there was not a problem to run this game.

i have tried all compatibilities, choosed on board and discrete cards separately but i can not run. actually sometimes it opens the game there is sound of game but there is not display or it opens the game normally but in a short while shuts it suddenly...etc but generally when i run the game i see a black display waiting.

by the way, i have downloaded "fa premiere league manager 2001" to try and i play it very smoothly.

so is there a solution out of i have tried above. thanks
