Paid Steam for full year subscription to EA Play, but EA has no record of it.

I purchased a 12 month subscription to EA Play from Steam, but it doesn't show up on my EA account. Is there no way to communicate with an account representative? Website just sends me in circles. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Hey @Hubcitywriter,

If you're trying to use your Steam EA Play subscription on the EA app, it won't work, because your subscription is specifically for the Steam platform. Is your subscription not working on Steam either?

@EA_QueenBee Thank you, I had assumed a EA Play subscription would be good for both. Realize now that is not the case. Thanks again.
