Play Pro Subscription Was Not Renewed

My ea play pro membership could not be renewed due to a credit card problem, the e-mail I received says that I will be charged 999TL but when I try to renew manually, I am charged 4000TL, I connect to ea customer service and explain the problem but ea customer service is a disgrace, they answer as if they know nothing, I say I received an e-mail from ea that it will be renewed for 999TL and ea customer service says 4000TL if renewed manually and 999TL if renewed automatically, I am already seeing this situation when I am trying to renew, the reason I connect to customer service is to solve this problem, if customer service will not do anything, why is there? ea customer service is victimizing us by saying wait for the automatic renewal. If EA has defined the right to renew for 999TL for old members, what difference does it make whether the process is manual or automatic? I have been a ea play pro member since 2018 and I will cancel my membership due to this ridiculous situation.
