play pro

My ea play pro membership was not renewed due to card limit. I updated the card but it still doesn't renew. what should I do?

    If your purchase is failing, we'll need the live support team to look over your account's billing information to see what's causing this- here on the forums, we wouldn't have access to your account info to take a look.

I talked to ea help about this issue. ea employee canceled my membership. Since I am an old member, EA Sports sent me an e-mail that I could renew my Play Pro membership for 999 Turkish Lira. However, I cannot use this opportunity because the EA employee canceled my membership. The new membership price is 3938 Turkish Lira. The people I talked to later said they will contact you by e-mail, but no one does anything.
