Players not performing properly fifa 23

There’s nothing wrong with my connection I’ve been on the phone to my network provider today all checks where done and everything is fine I’ve connected my console using a LAN cable there’s still no improvement the Gameplay it’s unplayable there no problem except from the game itself stop blaming my connection provider it’s the gameplay server I’ve spent good money on this game and now I can’t play 

the opponent fells like I’m playing the AI my players are not responding to anything I do moving out the way strange passing shooting is awful and player  runs are so bad taking heavy touches surely someone can play 1 game on my account after all it’s your company. I’m going for a full refund for every single point I’ve bought from PSNetwork as I fell like I’ve been ripped off big time.

Had this problem. For 3 year they will blame Internet even tho I've changed isp 3x installed nee cables bought 2 new xbox countless new controllers new gaming monitor booster for WiFi ethernet cable problem is there side its either servers of its part of the scripting and it's * exactly the same as mine press sprint your player galls over ball running next to people pressing circle does nothing to tackle to have to run I front of them then hope your player touches the ball which 90 percent of the time the ball will magicly just go throw him. When are ea gonna be accoutnible who is refunding al this?
