prepaid cards are not eligible

I've ran into an issue with my prepaid card as i was trying to pay for the ea play pro it says "prepaid cards aren't eligible" however my friend didn't have that issue although he has the same exact card i wish you could help me with that. iam from egypt and i useing easy pay card its a visa card also my friend did the same steps and he aslo using the same exact card and he is from egypt aslo
