Problem with BF Hardline

Hi, I purchased EA play on PS4 and have problem with BF Hardline, I cannot get if from store for free but only for money. How can I solve this problem? TY for answer.

@TimJuicik To confirm are you using a VPN on your network, and are you playing in the same region as your account?

    No I do not use VPN and I do not play in the same region as my account.
