can't add game to library only madden 25

i can't add game to library only "madden 25".

ea app says you don't have access(just i press download button).

and there's a problem with your download(add to library button)

all the other games like madden 24, f1 24 can add to library. but, only madden 25 send me error code.

i have ea play with pc gamepass....
