problem with downloading

it seems i have a problem with linking my account with Xbox because i have Xbox game pass and I'm trying to download NFS Heat from the game Pass and its not downloading I've tried downloading another game (FC25) and it worked so i don't know what the problem pleas help

    Hey locha0_0​,

    Did you already own FC 25, or did you get that through EA Play through Game Pass as well?

    What error are you getting when you try to download NFS Heat, exactly?
