problem with ea play and xbox game pass

I pay the xbox live ultimate that comes with the ea play, normaly i didnt have any problems, but a couple of days ago i try to play fifa again but in my account it says that i dont have any of the ea play programs even if i still paying the xbox pass and the account its linked. I tried to unlinked and linked again, but it still dosent work at all.

Does it tell you that you need to subscribe to EA Play @Litmesiter?

Yes, it says that i have to subscribe again and it show me the monthly and anual prices. Even though i supose it to have it free because of the xbox game pass

Most likely the case @Litmesiter that you are logged into a secondary account.

Best to go ahead and check into this.

In that case @Litmesiter you will need to speak with XBox support.
