problem with ea play and xbox game pass

Hello i dont know why, but my account with ea play just stop having the normal version even if its connected to the xbox game pass account. It worked before hand, but now it dosent.

i already look that and i only have one account of ea an its the one that i have since the start

In that case @Litmesiter you will need to speak with XBox support.
