Problems with purchasing a subscription for PS 5

I have a problem. I can't buy an EA Play subscription on PS5. The website and the console itself are showing an error message: "An unknown error has occurred, please try again later." And the website...

For any purchase issues from PlayStation, you'll want to contact PlayStation support so they can review your account and billing information a bit further to see what's going on.
