Prohibited real name

I want to change my account id to joelbritoPT but it keeps saying that im using a prohibited word. What? That is literally my name, Joel Brito.

I know you are going to say i will have to use another combination, but this has been my online id in multiple platforms for years, and a way i can identify myself in the online comunity.

So, as i saw in several posts about this exact same issue from others players, after you passee this information to other department/technician, the problem got solved for them and after that they could finally use the names they wanted but were not available before.

So , please, leta save some time and get this issue to a department who will fix this as soon as possible. Its a really annoying problem
