Re: About me opening 900 boxes and not giving me heirlooms

@耶特艾姆· Yesterday I opened more than 400 boxes, but before I opened more than 400 boxes, I did not get a single piece from beginning to end, who can help me? What is this problem? The first ea customer told me it was a bug that would be solved in 2-3 hours, I waited 11 hours and didn't solve it, but the second customer told me it was automatic and they couldn't help me?

    @jeteaimelzh I opened the last red fragment on November 23, when I still had 159 boxes left. On December 28, I opened 180 boxes, and there were many boxes in between. On January 11, I opened 400+ boxes, and my number of boxes had exceeded 800

    EA's UK customer service was great and closed my conversation window directly. She thought that opening 800 cases and not getting heirloom pieces was a matter of probability. Great answer.
