that’s why I’m asking, I even reopened the ps4 downloaded the EA PLAY Hub and bought it from the psn store.
this is the reason why I’m asking, how long does it take? Because I see the discounts, but no rewards ans my account is ea play on PlayStation but not on the browser.

Community ManagerYou should contact Sony support for assistance with this. I'm not seeing any subscription on your account so they should be able to make sure you signed up correctly. Subscribing should give you access right away.
That’s the thing, I did contact them I confirmed that everything is correct, on PlayStation I’m accessing the hub which you can’t without a subscription !
and the ea technical support is very bad.. that’s why I’m asking the question here, and I can see that I’m not the only who face this issues when you check all the topics mentioned
